Hello, my name is Brandon Burton and I am a Service Advisor here at Chris Crain Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I started off in the car business in September of 2013 as a part time Service Porter. I have been fortunate to have had opportunities arise for me to move up from porter to a service advisor. I love working and meeting new people daily and I also love anything with 4 wheels and an engine so this career has given me the best of both worlds. In my free time I love going to the gym and working out, riding my BMX bike and going to car related events. As a service advisor my objective every day when I step foot in the dealership is to provide exceptional customer service and make sure my clients are beyond satisfied with the service they received from me.

Folks were nice enough but I was there for over eight hours for a simple recal that I was told would take no more than 2 hours. I planned my day accordingly and lost work with the extended delay.

I brought my car in after having the check engine light come on for the third time. Brandon took my car in, and after calling in the afternoon, he called me back to let me know they found the problem and it was fixed. I was so excited that the problem was finally fixed .

First I don’t understand why service advisors don’t meet customers at their car when they pull up. Every time I have to wait quite awhile before someone acknowledges me and then gets a service advisor. Second I left my car for over a week and never got any updates. I had to call 3 times and leave messages with never getting a call back. I had to call and speak to someone else to find out my car was ready.
