About Brandon
Hello, my name is Brandon Burton and I am a Service Advisor here at Chris Crain Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I started off in the car business in September of 2013 as a part time Service Porter. I have been fortunate to have had opportunities arise for me to move up from porter to a service advisor. I love working and meeting new people daily and I also love anything with 4 wheels and an engine so this career has given me the best of both worlds. In my free time I love going to the gym and working out, riding my BMX bike and going to car related events. As a service advisor my objective every day when I step foot in the dealership is to provide exceptional customer service and make sure my clients are beyond satisfied with the service they received from me.

Great experience, Brandon was very patient with me I was having scheduling problems and he worked with me until we got a chance to get my truck in for maintenance work. Good communication between us both.

Don't recommend Truck been in shop 4 times ordered part overnight for Monday delivery. No call, no return call from messages left. No update on part status. Thursday arrives still no contact. Truck has had check engine light since I bought it. 300miles and still not repaired. Overnight a month
