I am a Product Specialist with the Chris Crain DJR and Collision team, bringing a background in hospitality and small business ownership to the automotive industry. Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, I have lived in diverse locations including Evergreen, Colorado; Orange Beach, Alabama; and along the shores of Lake Ouachita. These experiences have shaped my perspective and my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. My professional history includes serving as a Director of Sales for Hilton Hotels, where I earned my certification, as well as working for a non-profit welfare to work organization and operating my own swimming pool service and repair business. I have also completed coursework in accounting, which helps me maintain a practical and organized approach to my work. As a mother of a 25-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter, and a grandmother to two boys aged five and two, I understand the importance of reliability and clear communication. My approach to sales is built on genuine care and a commitment to treating every customer with respect. I prioritize building personal connections and am dedicated to providing the highest level of service to ensure every client feels supported throughout their experience. Outside of work, I enjoy bowling, cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time on the water. I am an avid fan of Razorback football and always welcome a conversation about sports, food, or shared life experiences. I value loyalty and am always willing to go the extra mile to help those around me.
