I had a wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Raules. He knew moor what I needed than I did. I did know I wanted a RED one and it I’d definitely red. My truck does everything I need and moor. I have traveled 1100 miles in 19 days. Most of the miles pulling a camper with a side by side behind the camper. Live in Sheridan went through Benton to Waldern back way to see how it would handle the mountains. It never hesitated at all that RAM will do the job. Goog people at Crain. Go get you one from Colby with the ugly black glasses.

Started out good but then it turned to crap. Asked for estimated Tax cost and finally after a week I had to be ugly ti get anything done. When I asked about it after a week via text which I put my name in there I was called a dude.. Very disrespectful as I’m the customer and have a name ..

I had a great experience! Colby was extremely nice, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I originally came in looking at a used vehicle and ended up leaving with a brand-new one. He took the time to go over my options and worked with me on the price to make sure I was getting something I loved while still staying within a payment I was comfortable with. I really appreciated that I never felt overly pressured or rushed into making a decision. He was patient with all of my questions and made the whole car-buying process much less stressful than I expected. Overall, he was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional, and I would definitely recommend working with him!
