Hi, I'm a Product Specialist with 16 years of experience in customer service. My hometown is right here in Benton, AR. I went to high school here and then attended college at Arkansas Tech University. I am a huge Razorback fan. I'm a father of four amazing children – two girls and two boys – and I prioritize my family and my relationships with colleagues. My objective is always to help people achieve their goals and create a positive work environment. I’m personable, outgoing, and genuinely care about others, putting their needs first. Outside of work, I enjoy basketball, football, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and camping. I'm passionate about providing exceptional customer service – making the buying experience easy and enjoyable.
