Hi, I'm a Service BDC agent from Cabot, Arkansas, with a year of experience at Chris Crain DJR and Collision. I'm passionate about connecting customers with our service department and resolving their issues. I'm a people person – it's easy for people to talk to me. I love helping customers! Outside of work, I'm a busy mom of five kids and grandmother of five (with another grandchild on the way!). I'm also a beauty school graduate (Beauty College of Eddy County), a former Little Miss Letona, and enjoy a variety of hobbies including video games (The Sims 4 and others), dancing, singing, and discussing TV shows and music with friends. I'm a fast learner, a "go-getter," and I've also enjoyed traveling to places like Cancun, Mexico.
