Hi, I'm a Product Specialist at Chris Crain DJR and Collision, and I'm excited to be here. I'm from Glenwood, Arkansas, and have a background in the auto industry (though it's been a while!). I'm a week in and already enjoying getting to know everyone. I'm passionate about helping people – whether it's customers or colleagues – and I'm always happy to lend a hand. My free time is usually spent with family, often at sporting events. I'm a big Razorbacks fan and love talking about my kids. I'm respectful and hardworking; you'll find me working hard from the moment I clock in until I clock out. One of the best parts of my previous job was seeing the joy on customers' faces when they drove off in their dream car. That's the kind of positive experience I want to bring here.

Josh was awesome. We knew what truck we wanted to look at and he had it out and ready for our arrival. We were also in a hurry and he helped expedite the process and clean out our trade in. After returning home the vehicle alerted us to a high oil level, assuming it had been overfilled when serviced at the dealership I reached out to Josh and he took care of the issue and got it fixed at a local dealer.
