I have spent the last 15 years building a career in the automotive industry, gaining experience across every department including BDC, Sales, Service, Finance, Body Shop, and CRM. Currently, I serve as a Service Advisor at Chris Crain DJR and Collision. My approach is built on being organized, honest , solving problems efficiently, and genuinely enjoying the time I spend connecting with customers. My commitment to excellence has been recognized with the Ford President’s Award, and I am proud to be a 2025 Ford One Elite winner for customer service. I am from Bauxite, Arkansas currently living in Benton Arkansas. My world revolves around my husband, Jimmy, and my three daughters, Lynnlee, Laken, and Laine. When I am not at the dealership, I am usually watching football, softball, baseball, or basketball. I also enjoy spending my free time outdoors, whether I am hunting, fishing, or simply just being with my family.
