Hello! Lillian Kingsolver here but friends, family, coworkers, and customers know me as Carol. I’m a receptionist for the Chris Crain CDJR and Collision team who grew up in Laguna Hills, California, and studied at Saddleback College. At the dealership, my reputation is for always providing a smile and helpful information. I do my best to get guests to the right person while ensuring they are comfortable. My automotive career began in 2002, and I joined this fantastic team in September 2016. I love being around family and friends when I’m not working, and my hobbies are gardening and traveling, with my favorite destination being Sedona, AZ. My children are always my top priority; I’m the proud mother of three terrific boys and two incredible bonus daughters. I’m also a dog lover.
