Hi, I'm a Product Specialist at Chris Crain DJR and Collision, and I've been in the automobile industry for 22 years. I graduated from Delta State University, in Cleveland, Ms., with a Bachelor's degree. I'm all about total transparency and honesty – I want you to have a relaxed and straightforward experience when buying your next vehicle. I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them find the perfect fit. I'm outgoing, easy to work with, and have a pretty good sense of humor. For context, this is the first Car I have ever purchased. My old Nissan was on its last legs, and I was in need of something reliable. An Ad for the Big Lot came to me, and I happened to see a Volkswagen Taos in my price range. Unsure, I called the dealership, and was directed to Mr. Mark Whipple. Mark, if you end up reading this, 100/10! Love the car. For everyone else, all I can say is Mark is the man. He helped me understand everything I was looking at as a first time owner, and didn’t try to steer me anywhere or skew any facts. Mark is 100% an honest salesman, and if I am in need of a car in the future, I know who to talk to first. Thanks again to Mark, as well as the folks at the Big Lot for making my first time car purchase an amazing, and simple, experience.
