Mike Mercer here, and I'm a sales consultant referred to by my colleagues and customers as Mercer. In addition to my high-quality guest services, I'm also known for my eyes. Since joining the team in September 2015, I've continued to meet some of the most amazing people and build strong relationships. Guests can rely on me for honesty, fairness, genuineness, and top-notch customer service, regardless of whether they make a purchase. My certifications include Ram, Chrysler, Mopar, Wagoneer, and Jeep. Some of my favorite topics to discuss are sports and current events. I enjoy playing a little golf and tennis and traveling, and I would like to take up blacksmithing and bladesmithing – a big fan of Forged in Fire. Spending time with my incredible wife, Anna, is always a top priority; we expect our first beautiful baby girl this August. Watching sports is one of my other interests, and my favorites are UFC, the Cowboys, and Bare Knuckle Boxing.

The entire sales team that worked with us was very accommodating and helpful. We appreciate the help and love the vehicle. With the cold wind that day, we requested to see 2 vehicles in an enclosed area and they did it. That was good customer service and made a difference for us.
