Perfect. All but the price for an oil change and tire rotation. $129! That's too much.

We had a 10:00 appointment, arrived at 9:30. It took over 5 hours to get the oil changed and tire rotated. In the event someone besides Neil reads this my wife and I were trying to kill some time when she slipped and fell on your property resulting in a fractured wrist and sprained ankle. Neil and the sales manager knew about this. I expected someone would call the next day to check on her but no one did! We are 100% disappointed in Chris Crain. The only bright spot of day was Jacob Moorer ability to resolve two issues we had with our 2026 Pacifica . I hope he is able to find a better company to work for soon.

I am very happy with the service to my 2025 Dodge Durango. Neil is much like me, not that pretty but here looks dont count. He was polite and professional and got me out of the waiting area faster than expected. Hey get the coffee pots going. I live on coffee. I will be back for my service needs when it is time. Good job Neil.
