Hello and welcome! As Service Advisor, I’m proud to be part of the team working hard to help you keep your car running smoothly and safely. After more than 30 years in this industry, I’ve seen a lot in this industry change. But the need for knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding service remains the same. No matter the challenge, I always try to make a customer’s experience with us as easy and as pleasurable as possible. Originally from Malvern, Arkansas, I’m a graduate of Malvern High School. I enjoy following college football. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Ready for great service. Come on in and we’ll take good care of you.

I don’t know where to start but overall this experience was really worst. I would not recommend anyone this place for service. They kept my van for 6 months and they never called me for any updates on my van. I always had to call them 10 times to get the response back. And lot of the time I personally had to go to the dealership to check on my because they never answered my calls. They couldn’t repaired my van even though they kept it for 6 months so I got tired and had tow my van to different shop. Worst, worst & worst services.
