With over 15 years of experience as a Service Advisor, I’ve built my career on a simple philosophy: be honest, be helpful, and treat every customer like a neighbor. Currently based at Chris Crain DJR and Collision, I take pride in breaking down complex vehicle issues into plain language so people can make informed decisions. I’m a natural talker and a social butterfly who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building lasting professional connections. My life outside the shop is defined by "controlled chaos"—in the best way possible. Between raising five kids with my wife and managing various home, automotive, and outdoor projects, I stay busy. I find joy in almost everything I do, whether it’s riding motorcycles, racing, whtat the wife tells me to do or being outdoors. I’m a die-hard Notre Dame and Arkansas Razorback fan, and I’ve made it a personal mission to travel the country to visit every major baseball and football stadium. My goal every day, both at work and at home, is to be the best version of myself and to be a reliable resource for those around me.
