I'm a General Manager from Vilonia, AR currently leading a team at a dealership that's more than doubled its sales in recent years. My focus is on building a motivated, professionally trained team dedicated to exceptional customer service. We prioritize customer needs and strive for transparency and a collaborative work environment. My background includes working for Chris Crain DJR and 20 years of prior experience, and I'm proud of our dealership's achievements. I'm easy to work with, fair, and passionate about building strong teams. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my four sons, golfing, billiards, and wake surfing. I also like to talk about fishing, my sons' pursuits, Arkansas weather, and the San Francisco 49ers. I've traveled extensively, including to Australia, Hawaii, St. Lucia, Canada, Mexico, and Jamaica.
